    • Supported Housing With Care

These services are similar to supported housing services but the support we deliver is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) so we can provide personal care. These services are for people with medium or higher level support needs, who have their own tenancy. Some people may develop skills so that they can move into supported housing or may move into these services after receiving residential care.

Serving thousands of people every year, Forever Care (Walsall) Supported Living delivers support and housing to a wide range of clients. Many of the people who benefit from our services are the young, homeless, or individuals with disabilities or mental health needs. We provide somewhere safe for people to live as well as care and support services to improve the quality of their lives, helping them move towards or maintain independent living. Forever Care (Walsall) is a leading provider of care options for vulnerable adults. Our homes are operated by highly trained staff who are committed to helping people choose what’s right for them, providing a secure, dignified and fulfilling life. Our well-equipped homes provide a range of long and short-term care and support.

We provide support and home care services to help people remain independent in the privacy of their own homes. Our wide range of services are tailored to meet individual needs and are delivered by dedicated, highly-trained carers who pride themselves on being punctual and flexible.

Residents in our supported housing have their own tenancy agreements and rent their own home, while receiving support to build the confidence and skills needed to live independently.

Individuals are responsible for their own bills and cost of living, which is usually paid for by the benefits they receive and can be topped up by earnings from any employment. Typically, people are ready to live independently or move on to alternative supported housing from between six months to two years.

Some of our supported housing services provide support with housing management only.  This means residents receive only a few hours of support a week (depending on need) to maintain their tenancy. Support may include how to manage antisocial behaviour or budgeting and managing rent and bills.
